"Living right down the street, this is a very convenient, quick stop for things needed or wanted throughout the week. I've been going for years and years. Im not one to take things to heart, and having worked in retail I'm more than empathic to "having a bad day" or just not feeling up to the whole "happy, helpful worker" thing and I'm not one to hold grudges BUT it gets a little wearing(and annoying) to always have a cashier who's rude, unhelpful, and just plain miserableto be there. I'm sure it doesn't help that they are always understaffed (even before covid and worse now). Plus, the shelves are always a mess and very unorganized."
"The store manager is really rude. A short Spanish girl. I asked to exchange a Tupperware lid that didn’t fit the bin I bought there. Granted I bought it at another location and they told me to try dracut so I did. She basically told me I “better” go back to the other store! Well I said excuse me?!?! She quickly changed her tune but still overall horrible experience!!!"
