"On Friday, June 10, 2022 my Acura MDX suddenly experienced a light on my dashboard that reads “Check charging system”. I quickly opened google in search of a great mechanic with a high rating near my work place in Brighton. I located Factory Auto Service with a 5 star. I immediately contacted the place and I spoke with the owner about my problems and he moved his schedule around to accommodate me. I towed my car to his place and he stated that he will keep me posted. In less than two hours, he contacted me with great news. My car just needed some tightening and little work. I was very happy with the news and told him that I will pick up my car next day since I have work that day and he agreed. On Saturday, June 11, I went to see him and he gave me the keys stating that I didn’t need to pay anything because it was only a small work. With the soaring inflation and the way we are all struggling, this was highly appreciated and it showed that we can still have faith in humanity. He is trustworthy and honorable man. I have dealt with many mechanics in my life but this level of compassion, kindness and professionalism toward a first time customer, never. Highly recommended!"
