"Tom Lynch came by yesterday to see why our stove stopped working. He checked it out and set us up with an appointment for Tuesday. He called this morning and said he couldn't stop thinking about it last night and made it a point to come by within 20 minutes and got it cleaned & up & running in less than an hour. Tom is a gem and really knows his business. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking pellet stove services. Thank you so much Tom for your fast service and detailed information. In this day and age these are all qualities that are extremely rare."

"Had some trouble with my pellet stove and within 24 hours Tom came by to get it working again (which was amazing because this is probably his busiest time of year). He was able to diagnose and fix the issue that evening and did NOT try selling me parts or services that were unnecessary. Tom was clean, efficient and personable; and gave me suggestions to better light and operate the stove in addition to a tour of areas I should be more attentive to which I was not aware of before. "Our Harman stove decided to take a break just as the cold was making its presence known. Ever try getting someone out to your home during high season and on a weekend to boot? Whether it was luck or destiny we started making calls and the response to our inquiries was "...we're booking two to three weeks out.. " and that's just for service not necessarily parts. We made the call to Lynch Saturday morning and by 330 pm the technician pulled in front of the house. First it was a series of probing questions on how the stove was burning/operating before it quit. Then the tools, ash vac and floor covering. The stove was completely cleaned before he installed the new part. Lynch Pellet is respectful of property and checked if was okay to turn on the vac just in case there were pets nearby. True professionals. The stove was started and he waited for it to heat up. The pellets I was using are not the best and it was suggested I pickup a few bags at the local hardware store. The last photo is with a better grade pellet. You ask or expect any service better than what was provided this past Saturday (Nov 18). Take notice as to how clean the area is around the stove, just part of the service!"

"Well you don’t see that every day! We had been looking for a pellet stove service to clean our pellet stove. We had been let down and now our peeler stove failed. We called Lynch pellet stove services based in Hampstead. He (Tom) gave us a date and time and he showed up on time. We explained the issue and he said we’ll look at that after the cleaning because sometimes that helps. He then diagnosed the issue and set to work. He didn't have the part but said he would come back later with the part and he did. He also gave me some schooling on how the stove should be operated. Very clean, very nice guy and of course excellent service. We’ll be using Lynch every time now. Thanks Tom a real pleasure."
