"I will preface this post by saying there was only one employee working the store. With that being said, it was the best experience at any Verizon store I have ever been to. Though the employee was clearly stressed attending to 3 customers simultaneously, he maintained a high level of professionalism and did his best to engage and even make light of the situation with his customers. I'm not necessarily the biggest fan of Verizon and I've been a customer for a quite some time, but it's people like that make choosing the lesser of known evils an easier decision."

I went back that Sunday with a few more questions and ultimately decided to upgrade my phone and my plan. Joseph took care to answer all my questions and was very patient with me.
