"i was at this location yesterday, the place looks like a real trash, the guy and his son (Charlie and his son Eli) definitely are not nice people. they always try to extra charge you. NEVER EVER LET THEM OVERCHARGE YOU THAT YOUR CAR DOESNT REALLY NEED TO PASS THE INSPECTION. they are trying very hard to charge for useless things when they see the car will pass inspection. (i replaced all 4 tires, rotors and have the brake job done, took care of check engine light before i took my car to this place to make sure the car doesn't fail the inspection) i have done MA safety inspection and another specific state required inspection at the same visit to save time. despite two inspections are pretty much same thing BUT two different things he charged me separatedly and charge me $30 for a windshield wiper, $30 for a $3 bulb replacement. it costed me more than $100 to have my car inspected. i wonder who gives people like these doesn't have any work ethics, STATE INSPECTION LICENCES. at my previous visit LAST YEAR they charged me $50 for state inspection in cash later i was told it actually was $35. I'LL GO AHEAD AND FILE A CLAIM TO THIS PLACE IN TOWN HALL WHICH I KNOW THEIR LICENCES ARE BEING ISSUED BY TOWN DUE TO MASSACHUSETTS STATE LAW AND MAKE SURE THEY CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS MORE HONESTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. AND I WOULD RECOMMMEND ANYONE TO DO SO. TO GET A BETTER AND MORE HONEST BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT IN THIS SOCIETY."

"I went there today, the guy named Elias or whatever made a racist comment towards me ,then proceeded to give me a rejection sticker which was fine but wouldn’t tell me the problem and refused to give me an explanation to why since I wasn’t gonna get the work done by them. He was very unprofessional and nasty towards me.worst place I’ve ever been to"

"Went in to get my breaks fixed and a new inspection sticker. Had a friendly experience and was quoted a fair price. They fixed the breaks within the day and then my car past the inspection and got a new sticker. They were friendly and gave me a fair price, also my car has been fine the 3 months I have had it now. Definitely recommend it."
