"stopped in last minute for an inspection sticker. It was a crowded lot, but the gentleman said about 1/2 hour for my truck to get in. Given that I'd waited until the last minute this was fair and it wasn't even 1/2 hour. I had a couple lights out that he replaced. Fair prices and I appreciated him getting me in so quickly."

"Called to get a price on replacing the lower radiator hose. They had worked on the same vehicle less than two months prior and had already seen and mentioned the coolant leak. Would not give me an estimate over the phone, insisted on having the vehicle there to look at, AGAIN, before giving an estimate on the exact work I asked for. I also looked up the price of the hose prior to calling and knew that the hose ranges from approximately $15 to $25."

"Great, quick experience needing an inspection sticker. The Owner mentioned an item not related to the inspection, but to have me be sure he hadn’t disturbed a DIY item. We chatted about the reason such was the case & quickly & genuinely offered a solution the Dealership simply said “nothing could be done”. No pressure. Provided with a card to proceed if/when desired. Nice friendly experience resulting from a required inspection (that I put off as long as possible) yet - no wait, no run-around & no pressure."

"Rating this place one star was too much. I bought a 2003 Nissan Altima from them in April and by August the car needed a new engine! When I went to go bring it to a mechanic the mechanic told me that the engine had a new oil base and because of that the guys who sold me the car knew the car had a messed up engine when they sold it to me. The mechanic told me that I should get a lawyer because I had only had the car for a few months and they HAD to know the engine was damaged when they sold it to me.. I called Ed & Bill's to see if maybe they could help me or work with me and they had a very bad attitude basically told me they couldn't do anything that the car worked for three months so clearly it was fine and that if I wanted to get a lawyer then go ahead and hung up the phone on me. I will NEVER do business there again I suggest no one ever does."
