Reviews
"More than enough options to keep the kids occupied, happy and at the end exhausted. The birthday party was a hit and the staff was pretty friendly. Certainly recommended...."
"Physically a great place. But staff attitudes suck and older kids getting into fist fights endangering other attendees. Staff will scream at kids barely doing anything but when a real problem comes along they just stand around and watch the blows land. Place is dangerous."
"Terrible. Avoid this location at ALL costs. The manager was completely useless, unhelpful and rude. And half the kids working aren’t actually working and clearly don’t want to be working. My toddler could do their job better. I never complain but saving others from the experience we had. Altitude in Franklin is SO much better."
"It makes me absolutely sad to see how money hungry this place has become. I took my 2 year old boy to jump there today and paying his $20 fee was not sufficient, they would not allow me to jump/play with him unless I paid $30. A total of $50 for a one hour jump on a Thursday evening. I will not be going back. Tons of my friend have held birthday parties there, we have had multiple playdates there but going forward I will make sure we never set foot there again. Oh and also there was only ONE CHILD while I went."
"Horrible people working here. The manager on duty screamed her head off like a lunatic at our kids. We were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. When we finally got fed up with it and demanded better treatment (since we already paid) she started screaming at us too. Her side kick also started to berate us and talk to us like they were ready to get into a street fight. Super weird energy and behavior at this place. They hid in the office the remainder of our 2 hours there and refused to do their job the rest of the night and left the floor unsupervised for those 2 hours at least. They justified their screaming at the kids for safety issues but then abandoned their supposed passion for safety by hiding in the office the rest of the night. They refused to give their names or address the problem with us so we don’t have any idea what their issue was. The kids weren’t doing anything unusual just being kids at a trampoline park. If the employees hate kids or hate their jobs or hate themselves that much, that shouldn’t be anyone’s problem but theirs. Why do they work there? Don’t take out your issues on children. At one point she screamed at them for jumping? It was wild and felt abusive. If she and her sidekick hadn’t hid in the office we definitely would’ve just left but we decided to use the time we paid for since they weren’t around anymore to terrorize the kids. Saw other reviews after the fact. Apparently they’re known to be awful with children. Franklin location is much better in every way. Won’t come here again."
