He agreed to take a look at it and was very communicative of both what he believed were problems and the limitations of what could reasonably be resolved. In the end I walked away with significantly improved picture quality on an old and well used piece of hardware, and gained some valuable knowledge on troubleshooting further issues myself. "I am lucky I found Chromasonic to repair my 65" Samsung flat screen TV . One day I was watching TV when the screen turned black and kept power cycling itself. It was only a 5 year old high end Samsung TV and they don't make that model anymore, and similar new ones are much more costly, hence I wanted to attempt repairing it. I called Dave and gave him the model number, he said he can take a look at it and if it's possible to fix he will let me know. I got a call from Dave informing me that he fixed the TV and explained in great detail about what was the problem and how he remedied it. Dave has a very positive and welcoming attitude.
