I called and emailed for months before securing an appointment for a consultation. Once I was finally able to get my furniture refinished it was delivered with chipped paint. I’ve emailed asking for extra lacquer to fix the damage, but of course, no response. Now I’m out thousands of dollars with chipped furniture."
