Art even gave me a locking tailgate handle that fit my truck at no extra charge, because he happened to have it to hand. "This place is a gem. Had an issue with my steering wheel. Took it to the dealer and they said it needed +$1000 to be replaced and when I decided not to fix it there, they charged me the $150 evaluation. Spoke to Art and he said they will look at it. Bob looked at it and informed me that he will be able to fix it but the problem will come back in few months, so he recommends replacing it. He did not charge for evaluation. Brought the car back, and Kirsten (or Kristen, can't remember) in the office called me with an estimate and I agreed. Part was replaced for less than 1/2 what the dealer wanted and these guys made it easy on me. Highly recommended. Honest mechanics do exist if you look hard enough."
