I had a tricky davit installation that required custom brackets. S&LYW did not fabricate the brackets and could have easily installed them as they came. However, instead they carefully checked the brackets before drilling any holes and found that one bracket had a significant error. Mike informed me of the issue and suggested getting the bracket modified locally. The modified bracket fit perfectly and the installation was a success. I can't emphasize enough the importance of S&LYW's attention to detail and doing all the right things to avoid a disaster and ensure a successful installation!"
