"It was a horrible experience. I spent $2400 to get my car to pass inspection. I got there with my emergency brake working and got home with my emergency brake not working. They only replaced my rear brake pads and nothing else to my rear brakes. I went back and they told me" they rot out". It was not on the inspection. And, how did my car pass without an emergency brake, being a manual transmission??? Then they were going to look into it versus saying, "we will repair you emergency brake at no cost". Which would be GREAT customer service, but that didn't happen. While I was waiting for my car, Mr. Sweenor stopped in with a tire having a slow leak, which require a quick plug to a Wakefield well known business. They could have just done the plug and not charged him as a GREAT customer service, but that didn't happen. I would never return to that place. Just horrible business practices and customer service!!!"
