"Great service when buying and also when getting maintenance on my car. Flood is worth the 40 minute drive."

"I bought 4 new tires at Flood. After the tires were mounted, all pressure sensors had errors. Flood replaced them all and they never worked again. After bringing my car in several times, the mechanics couldn't figure it out. I spend hours waiting for the car each time. Surprisingly, all these times Flood had my car lifted, the mechanics failed to see that one of the new tires was bad. Only after I went to another mechanic, the bad tire was immediately diagnosed by just having a look at it. I brought the car back to Flood to let them know the tire is bad. They confirmed it and replaced it while I had to pay a price according to the miles I drove since they were mounted. However, although Flood failed to repair my now not working pressure sensors and see that they mounted a bad tire, they charged me the labor to replace the tire. Although I have always been patient, the lady at the service desk was rude and appeared unprofessional. I will not choose Flood Mazda again."
