"I am usually not someone to get offended easily but I am writing this review so the agent at Geico Needham understands that insulting customers won’t get business. I was speaking with Sabrita Regmi regarding auto insurance. Although I was ridiculously quoted around 500$ monthly she was doing her job and being nice about it. When I told her this is absolutely above my budget, she kept reducing it to 399$. During this her supervisor takes the call and tells me he overheard our conversation. He starts to pass racist comments about how my previous foreign license will not work here. That I have no idea about the insurance market. When I told him I get what he is saying but I want to do my due diligence and check with other companies. He has the audacity to call me a gambler. I corrected him that it is called doing homework and having choices. He told me to go and see and I will find that none are cheaper than this. I want him to read this and know that I found another auto insurance. A company bigger than this with more affordable option and to be honest even if it was more expensive, I would never want to work with people like him."
