"Jon B came to our home yesterday regarding a problem we were having with our heat. He also looked at our tankless water heater, which was only four years old and I’m glad he did. He reminded us that it needed to be flushed out every year and when he opened it up there were some problems with the unit. He had great communication skills in explaining the situation to both my husband and me. The unit is still under warranty and he is going to replace it for us.
