"As with any quick lube place, I recommend parking and waiting just before they open. I was there for no longer than 45 mins to get an oil change and state inspection. Coffee and chairs are available in waiting room. Staff friendly and prices are fair. Walking distance from Northampton proper and there is also a bowling alley with small arcade down the block. I can easily recommend this quick lube and will be using them regularly!"

"DO NOT bring your car here. I brought it for multiple oil changes over the last year, which were almost $100 each and sold to me as mini tune-ups- saying that they check all the fluids along with the oil. However, just 6 weeks after an oil change that supposedly included this service my car overheated and the engine was destroyed due to a coolant leak that their technicians missed (the thermostat was not alerting me to this leak otherwise I would have noticed). I was told they were checking all the fluids, but clearly they were either lying or completely incompetent. They also refused to refund my last oil change "tune up" and were extremely rude. Avoid taking your car here at all costs. They'll sell you an expensive oil change that doesn't include the extras they claim to include nor will they own up to their terrible service."

"Had zero issues with my 3 year old truck. Brought it here and suddenly I parked at home to find a gigantic oil mark under it. A “seasoned” worker did my oil change and didn’t find the need to tighten my oil filter nor did he find it important to tighten my drain plug more than a few threads. Less than hand tight. The staff here in the oil change bays have ZERO experience working on vehicles. Some are straight out of high school and working on your $40,000+ vehicle. Would you let an untrained 18 year old touch your car or truck? Only one certified “Oil Tech” watching 4 oil changes at once. Let’s not get into the fact one of the owners has zero automotive knowledge and couldn’t change your oil if you gave him a step by step audio visual “how to” guide yet he’s the only one responsible for every oil change. I brought my truck back with pictures and video of my unfortunate “oil change” and he told me “it happens,” and refused a refund or even a deduction on the $125 I payed for an oil change that I assumed would be done correctly. John please come back, you sold your business to an idiot."

"Called ahead to clarify about a full lube job, I specifically asked about lubricating belts, they told me no appointment was necessary. Drove down from Greenfield and when I showed up, they told me lubricating belts requires a mechanic and is no longer included in the no appointments offering and that's it's only available by appointment for which the soonest they have is a week+ out. Would have loved to not have wasted an hour right after I got out of work."
