"I feel like it’s not unreasonable to expect a delivery window under 14 hours. I ordered a lawnmower to be delivered, Home Depot helpfully scheduled it between 6am and 8 pm. When i called, the customer service employee was very helpful in suggesting it was my fault for not spending several hundred dollars for a narrower window."
"Terrible install. Delivery guys tried to tell me they did not have the parts they needed to hook up the machine; I showed them they did. Got machine hooked up and left - machine works but is crooked, out of level and not all the way under the counter where it belongs. Called a scheduled a repair - no one showed up on the appointed day. I wasted an entire day. On hold now trying to schedule another repair - they are saying two weeks out? Supervisor is trying to reach the delivery company now."
