"I called them about a vehicle listed for sale. Told them I was very interested and wished to put down a deposit. Explained i was coming from 4 hours away and would be there the next day by noon. He said it wasn't necessary, that he would hold it for me. I arrived at noon and some people were picking up the vehicle. He said he sold it the night before. The guy doesn't honor his word. Buyer beware."

"My van was acting funny on the turnpike. I went in to discuss what It could be. They checked the tires and wheels. As I has recently hit 100k I wanted the transmission checked. I made the appointment. I arrived and there had been a mix up with the schedule, no problem. They called when the van was ready. I went to pick it up. I was given the bill and asked if I had any questions. The bill was actually less than I thought it would be. They rebalanced and rotated the tires and did a wheel alignment. Changed the fluid in the transmission. The van is running well, no more shudder, and the shifting is a lot smoother. I highly recommend John’s Automotive."
