"My friends and I chose to take our money elsewhere after a visit to this 'concept store.' The bell at the entrance was the first note of pretension, and the salesperson's overzealous hanger correction act while following us around the store, made it clear that our money wasn’t welcome. It truly felt like a parody of the famous scene in Pretty Women when she is treated so poorly in a shop on Rodeo Drive….except it was a trying too hard storefront in Portland, Maine. The clothes may have been lovely, but the salesperson’s rude attitude and inflated ego was a deal-breaker. In the end, we opted for a shopping experience that values customers and leaves wallets feeling appreciated."

There were 2 other parties in the shop and they were greeted, and checked on multiple times. The store assistant was so unfriendly towards my party and I. I didn’t feel I could ask a question without being judged. It was all very pretentious and I don’t care for it at all."
