"Called yesterday in search of a specific style and size of pants for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. Allie (sorry if I misspelled it) assured me it would be no problem, grabbed the last pair in that size off the shelf and said she’d set them aside for me. Warmly greeted today when I arrived by a different associate, Grace, who got me rung up and on my way in no time. Super friendly customer service, both over the phone and in person."

"Just went in this store for the first time in months and saw a couple shirts I was interested in purchasing. As I was looking through the stacks deciding on size and color the redhaired cashier witha big sigh very aggressively asked me if she can help me find my size and if she could grab it for me. I wouldn't have minded the help if not for her bad attitude but I said I was all set and grabbed the two colors I was interested in, both in medium so of course they were towards the bottom of the stack unfortunately. I went to the back of the store to browse the clearance and check the mirror and compare which color I wanted. I choose the pink and went up to put the red back and naturally the redhaired cashier was at the stack fixing it doing her job whatever great but I go to just gently put the red top back and as I walk away I hear that angry loud sigh again from her. Yeah no I wasn't dealing with the disrespectful attitude. I told her to keep the pink top as well and left. I'll stick to online shops, thanks anyway."
