"Hunter was the sales person who went over all the bike information when I initially came in. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to compare the gazelle to other e-bikes. He showed me all the features and of course I took a test ride. I have some special needs in that I have to carry an oxygen tank. Hunter came up with a perfect solution that will hold the tank in the basket. He absolutely went above and beyond. Besides that the bike is absolutely fabulous. I took my first ride yesterday, and it is smooth and efficient. Love it! When I came to pick up the bike, Hunter was off for the weekend, and Jamie took care of me. There was plenty of cross communication and everything was ready just as expected. Great people to work with."

He then offered to do a search of the area to see if any other bike shop in the area had one I could check out in person. When there were none, Jamie then offered to order the bike with no obligation to buy. 2 days later they had it all assembled for me to check out. It ended up being exactly what I was looking for. After picking out several accessories they offered to install them for me. At this point it was past closing for them so they told me the bike would be ready the next day. 10/10 customer service all around with no obligation or pressure.
