"I would think twice about ordering online and having your order shipped to this store. I placed a simple order online of two items they don’t stock in the store. The order was due to take a week to arrive at the store. They were supposed to call me when my order arrived. After 3 weeks and 2 unsuccessful visits, I finally screwed up the courage to call again. Lo and behold, they had the order. No one ever called. The store maintains a pretty antiquated paper filing system for online store pickup orders. I feel like they’re not really set-up for this sort of thing, which is surprising in this day and age. They were not very accommodating on any of my visits, including my final pickup. Otherwise I’ve had good experience with the staff and inventory they carry."
