"Deb yells at people and is inappropriately terse with both customers and employees from what I've witnessed. Very rude. And there's a significant lack of any attention paid to customers at all even in an empty store. They give you the stinkeye. And if you dare to ask questions, Deb will respond rudely while the other employees do their best, but clearly don't know anything and can't help. It's a shame. I like some of the products there. I'll be sure to shop online from now on instead, and just hope I never have to bring anything back."
