"I’m not happy with Nate or Eric at your Rochester store They kept insinuating It was my fault that the auto payment that kept getting declined. I had been in the store several times to get this fixed and then today was the straw that broke the camels back. I no longer want to deal with them at the store so I am setting up my own auto pay but I think your guys need to go in and get More classes on customer service not impressed. Thank you"

"i rented two things there and won’t be going back i rented a couch there when jessie the store manager .was there and snowblower but i have no problem wirh eric the new manager it is Seth his employee and i wont be renting ever again it was costing me more to rent something"

"So I moved my daughters entire bedroom into my room so they could bring a bedroom set. After 3 hours they come down and tell me I wouldn’t go together correctly I would need to prop the frame up off the floor. I go and look at it the bed looked as if it was different pieces from a bunch of different setts so I go to rent a center the manager tells me the beds don’t come with frames I told him he didn’t tell me that he says oh I thought I did. Then he tells me it was a courtesy for him to give me a frame ( it was supposed to have wooden slats not a metal frame) he starts with the excuse’s at this point I tell him to come get his stuff. Now they are picking it up so I have move everything back in her room. I should have known better to rent from there it was probably the messiest store I’ve ever seen. So be careful.The two gentlemen who delivered and picked up the set were amazing Eric the manager was completely unprofessional."

"well as far as getting things you want easy and right on the spot whith little money to start its the place to go .I got a electric bike bigwheel thrr and I love it .but you need be able to pay on your agreement as said but like said it's all top quality"

"I have been renting from this place for a whole year now and have always paid on time except for 2 occasions when I was a few days late.. I just started a new job and asked my son to call to see if I could wait 3 days for my first check to pay, my son spoke to Jesse who generously agreed to work with my son, I then get a call from this guy chip who basically informed me that that conversation never took place and basically called my son a liar! He talked over me continuasly and would barely let me speak on the phone... I am thinking about renting somewhere else! _that was a horrible experience dealing with that man!"
