"My stepson use to work here and we would go also and look around and there’s a lot of different items to see. From old antiques in there glass case at the register, household items like silverware, plates, cups n pots n pans. Children books, some painting to hang up. Upstairs they have furniture, fans,Xmas decorations, anything really. You should check it out and the prices aren’t bad either oh ya n tons of tools…"
"Popped in during a break and found some beautiful furniture pieces. Since the store is relocating to Bath at the end of the month, everything was discounted - There was a vast selection of chairs and I fell in love with a camel back sofa that was in pristine condition. There was a beautiful breakfront too which was a bargain at $125! Bathroom sinks, a couple of luxurious round corner mount bathtubs, odds and ends of plumbing and building supplies were plentiful. You never know what you'll find in each Re-Store: dishes and other household items , lamps, mirrors, hardware & tools, vacuums and more! Their furniture rarely has any damage. Some pieces look new while some have some gentle wear and tear but clean!"
"I love this place for used building materials, furnature, and tools! I’m so glad they are opening a store location in Bath Maine this summer. Bath is awesome and will be awesomer with a Re-Store!!!"
"***Warning: These people will call the police on you if they decide they don't like you!!! Doesn't matter if you've been a loyal customer for years! The service here has gone downhill under new management! See the other 1 star reviews! If I could give zero stars I would! I used to love this place but I loathe it now. The customer service is terrible! The items in this store are insanely overpriced for some reason now. And they have closed their public restrooms! If someone drives from far away but can't use the restroom, the items are outrageously expensive and the customer service is terrible...what incentive is there to shop here anymore!? I'll never be back. I like to help people. I like donating to charitable organizations. But they lost a customer forever when they were cruel and heartless and were mean to me simply because I had to use the bathroom before shopping! Terrible people! Fire this staff and get new people who are kind and compassionate and I may consider coming back. Update: The manager actually called the police while I was in my car writing this review! Nightmarish experience! Where is the "humanity" at this store!?"
"Restore is a wonderful organization with locations throughout the country. We have purchased some priceless treasures and many building materials from Restores in Maine. Our house is blessed with many new and some used items that we were lucky and grateful to have found. We've donated items that we no longer need, as well. It is a wonderful part of Habitat For Humanity that we will always support."
