"Hired this outfit because they were a local small business. Ted is the main guy. I set an appointment and he arrived on time. Gave my stove its first professional cleaning since I bought it. When he left I fired up my stove but the blower wouldn't come on. Obviously I thought the cleaning guy was responsible. I called him back and told him it wasn't working. He came right back and gave it a look over. Ran some tests and surmised that one of the sensors controlling the fan wasn't working properly. He said it probably blew when we turned it back on (it is 16 years old). He ordered the new part and came back a few days later and fixed it. I offered three times to pay for his part and labor--since it was a fluke and not his fault--and he refused. He said he wanted his customers happy and this was a minor inconvenience.
