"I have to say they are prompt and are willing to do anything to help their customers. I even ordered a bed. online and they had a schedule before it was even at their store to deliver to my house. And I ordered my own mattress off Amazon which was so uncomfortable. I didn't get no sleep so I went to Aaron's and they got me a mattress that same day and I got the greatest sleep ever that night night and they. Delivered it that same day when I called them they went out of their way to help me. Thank you guys."

"I tried to make a payment today, I am two payments behind- this would have brought me current to 1/15. The “manager”, Mitch proceeded to tell me if I can’t give him a date that I can make the next payment he can just take the stuff back or send my account to collections. I was honest and told him I don’t know a date, instead of trying to work with me or at the very least take my payment he continued to refuse to take it unless I knew the date I could pay my next payment. I tried to do the right thing and call and pay half of my owed balance, Instead I got berated and threatened to have my account charged off by a so called manager. Pretty discouraged, some of the worst customer service ever experienced."

"The prices are okay, but the employees are disrespectful especially when you only miss 2 payments and they show up and turn completely around IN my driveway tearing it up. (Got it on video) Not to mention multiple rude voicemails. I’d Much rather go through rent-a-center at least their understanding"

"My TV was delivered today, the guys that delivered it was prompt and very polite. It was honestly amazing customer service. When they arrived I explained where it needed to go and they where happy to put it there. Very happy with how well they handle my delivery. This was my first time ordering from Arron's and honestly they made the experience overall well worth it. Very happy and they should be commended for their hard work."
