"I've been locked out of my account for months!! All I get from customer service is that their password resets are handled by another company! If this was such a great company, this situation would have been resolved months ago! All I get from customer service is the standard reply and no help whatsoever! I have been a card holder for 13 years and I have never dealt with a company that has so many excuses! This company doesn't want to acknowledge that there is one area that desperately needs work and doesn't want to fix the problem. Word of advice, if you set up a account, write down your password because this company doesn't want to put forth any effort to help!!"

"I entered the store and no one spoke to me. I looked around several minutes picked out a couple of tops to try on. Lucky for me the dressing rooms were unlocked so I could try on my tops. I didn't like the fit so I left, again no one spoke to me. In the past the staff was very friendly . I didn't have that feeling at all."

"Katie is absolutely amazing! I recently lost about 75 pounds. The first time I went there she made me feel so beautiful and comfortable. They do personal shopping VIP experience for FREE! You can call ahead and book it. You show up and they ask you about what you might be looking for in outfits, your sizes, and favorite colors. Then the go around the store with you and pick out cute outfits and dress you! If things don’t fit they run out and get the right size! It’s awesome and I ended up doing it for my mother in law for her birthday. We bought her one outfit after! They have always shown me same wonderful care and experience before and after my surgery. And you get a ton of coupons each new season! You can also score some deals online!"

"I love the styles and this location is pretty good but for some reason they organize the entire clearance section by color...not size. So I get to look at all the cute stuff I'd LIKE to buy then sort through each piece just to discover there's none in my size. It would be much more convenient for the customers to find their size THEN see what styles are available. I called the store to mention this and it apparently fell on on deaf ears."
