"I think this is my favorite Dunkin in my area! They always make my favorite drink (caramel craze latte) perfectly!! To top it off their employee Paris is an absolute sweetheart and was so patient with my Mom today asking about the types of coffee and about what she wanted with her drink . They made us delicious coffees!! Can’t wait to go back when I need my next coffee fix!"

"Stopped in this DDs May 2023 early morning...after emergency transporting an injured opossum to the nearby wildlife rehab. I was under caffeinated and over tired. The team was obviously flying around super slammed w drive up window customers etc. However, fantastic job! They were all jamming and working so fast to turn orders out! As a customer in the store with them, they were super professional, great vibe, great attitude! Immediately felt management needs to know this team is really good! Please reward them for job done above and beyond, with a fantastic attitude!"

"I’m so sick of my order being wrong that I refuse to go here anymore. It’s not like it’s cheap. There’s one guy that seems like he’s on narcotics. I’ve ordered hot coffee and received stone cold coffee more than once. Ordered chai latte and received cold coffee that was thick and bitter like it was just espresso and creamer? I’ll drive out of my way in the future to go somewhere I can find competency."

"Every time I order food from them it's either over cooked or under cooked there is no in between. It's sad that they are willing to hand out food like that. I'm tired of wasting money on food I can't eat. I've complained numerous times and nothing seems to change, they just act like they don't care. It's a shame I love their hash browns when they are cooked right but they seem like they don't know how to cook food or make coffee anymore. they always add more milk to the coffee when you ask for lite ice. There is no need to compensate and mess up a coffee especially when they are so expensive."

"They’ve never messed up my order which I appreciate. The staff aren’t overly friendly… but I get that’s not the easiest when your slammed and have a line of cars around the building. Love this Dunkins location"
