"I had a scratch in my driver seat leather and Mazda recommended going here. It’s an hour drive each way to get there but I sucked it up based on the referral. The first appointment they take the leather seat off then send it out to repair so the following week I drove the 2 hour drive again to have it installed. It was a weirdly warm day that it was installed so I didn’t use my heated seat on the way home but the next time I did, I only had heat in my back where the leather wasn’t removed and the butt of the seat was ice cold! I called and talked to a girl who apologized and said they probably didn’t connect it when they put it back together and they would get me right in and fill my gas for the inconvenience. This conversation made the hassle not as bad UNTIL I arrived. The person who assisted me when I got there, had not been there the past 2 times I was there. Within minutes of pulling my car in, he told me they never disconnected the heated seat and even though it “sounds coincidental” they didn’t do it. He even went on to tell me my passenger seat that they didn’t repair has the same issue in the heated seat and it sounds like an issue with Mazda. Then he drives my car out of the shop, comes back in and says coincidentally now that they took it apart and put it back together it works. There was no Im so sorry for the inconvenience and no gas put in my car. He was so concerned about not taking fault and instead gave the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had."
