VIP Tires & Service

"Glad to have tried VIP which is right in my neighborhood...so I can walk and leave the car for servicing. So far I've had an inspection, oil change and a fuel flush upon their recommendations due a problem I explained, which made my car run much better! Once I had a tire with a nail in the sidewall. They were frank about not being able to repair that. Went back to Tire Warehouse for a new tire. This time... As requested... they did a diagnostic on the exhaust system, found no leaks but suggested a interior carbon air filter replacement to keep the air fresh. Sounded good to me. It had been awhile.They also replaced my wipers and made an adjustment so they stayed on the windshield. No labor charge. So that's good! I was even asked if I was an AAA member for a 10% discount. I am! Yay! Overall, the staff is helpful and respectful on the phone and at the counter. I appreciate the convenient location and their online scheduling."

"The Saco VIP is outstanding. I was able to get appointments when I needed them. The representatives are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I actually had two cars that needed servicing within a week The representative explained what they were going to do and in both cases, I had my car back a little over an hour. The rep explained what they found, how they took care of it and the charges on the bill. I certainly recommend the VIP in Saco Maine."

"Went in for a state inspection, called because I was running late for my appointment, they said it was no problem and they'd be waiting for me when I got there. They have a discount for veterans and AAA members, which is great cause car cost can add up. Very kind helpful staff. Waiting room was supplied with free coffee and wifi and comfy seats."

"Had my winter tires mounted and balanced. They got me in right at my scheduled appointment time. Service counter personnel were very professional and polite. Waiting area was clean and comfortable although lacking a public restroom. Received a triple A discount when it came time to pay. Overall a very good experience."

"I needed to replace all for of my tires and the people at this store were really very helpful and very professional. Starting with Jacob who helped me with my purchase and also set up my appointment. Jacob also sent me an email showing an estimate and what was included in the purchase price. Earlier in the week I spoke to Arnold and he went over the different tires, including the ones included in their Buy 3 Get 1 Free promotion. Today (Sunday) I had those tires installed and I couldn't be happier with the service. Maggie and Dustin went to work on my car as soon as I got in. I was told that the whole process would take about two hours and they had it done even sooner. Considering that they were short handed (just the two of them), they still managed to be friendly and engaging. I really have nothing bad to say about the service and the experience. I will definitely go back to this place whenever I need work done. I highly recommend this place, not only for the great service, but the friendly staff as well. Thank You, Maggie and Dustin! You guys were awesome! Btw...Maggie thanks for suggesting that I send out the rebate for the tires. Unfortunately, upon reading the form, it only works if you made the purchase using a Goodyear credit card. I do appreciate the fact that you at least made the suggestion though."
