"Way too expensive, and I don't really trust that they are being honest with me. I've gone several times with several different vehicles. Last time I went they did a horrible alignment. If you want your car to pass inspection, go somewhere else. Something will be wrong, and it will be expensive. Friendly and efficient, however, so two stars instead of one."

"So I don’t know the terminology, but I was having a pretty bad day when my shock blew out the top. Had it towed to Bobs at 3pm…by 4:20pm I received a call that it was ready. I have never had this great of an experience at ANY auto shop. Less than an hour and a half for full repair of the immediate issue, and an inspection! Would recommend to anyone who owns a car. Customer service = 10/10."
