Mister Bagel Westbrook

"I tried calling several times, no answer. I got there and there were 3 people working and wasn't a line. About 5 minutes to get my food. I heard the phone ring twice while I was waiting and no one would answer, even if they weren't doing anything at the time. I've never had this issue at all the other mister bagels I have gone to. I always call ahead for take out. Imagine a pizza place not answering phones that expect you to walk in to order your pizza then wait for it to cook to take it home."

"Love mister bagel. Great staff too. But this is the only mister bagel that doesn’t properly toast their bagels. They are never warm or toasted, still soft and it completely ruins the bagel. Idk if there’s something wrong with the toaster but I live like 2 min away and I’d rather travel to other towns to get my bagels. This one is always my last resort. Wish it was better :("

"The price is right but the overall bagel sandwich was not. Here I will offer some tips on creating the ultimate bagel sandwich. First - toast don't grill the bagel and if you are going to grill the bagel butter it first - this creates an evenly crunchy bite rather than just a grill flavour. Double egg and double cheese in order to create a balanced ratio between bagel and protein."

"Waited in line for 15 mins this morning finally get to the front counter order my plain bagel with chive cream cheese she tells me they are out and they only have three types left. I get it they are busy it’s a beautiful Saturday but maybe you could put up a sign that says we only have this kind left next to the other handwritten signs that say they are closed tomorrow. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at Mister Bagel locations"

"Extra star because the bagel was indeed present but less 3/5 because 80% of the menu wasn't being made today apparently and the bagel they did make was horrendous. (Not toasted, stale) Also not sure what the deal is with your to go cups but If you don't go with the cheapest option your vendor has available, maybe the lids won't fall off."
