With a special thanks to Halona who is always smiling and greeting customers with genuine care no matter how busy it is. I've been stopping and going inside this Dunkin off and on for the past six months, easily 30 plus times, and every time I've left there with a smile. "The workers there acted like robots. Noone was smiling or even made eye contact. When I ordered and paid for my order I said thank you and got no reaction or a welcome. I even put a $1 tip in the cup to no thank you from her. I also said thank you to the girl that made my order and again no eye contact nor a welcome/have a nice day...just her back when she walked away. Robots with no personality smh"
"Clean and bright, and quiet at 4 in the afternoon so it was easy to park and to obtain service. The nice young lady at the desk was prompt and efficient in taking and delivering my order. I enjoyed sitting at the counter in good light to eat, drink and relax with a good book. Thanks Dunkin!"
