"Ordered here today for my Best Friend who lost power….one large New York style pizza and a 12 piece HotWings and went through PizzaHut’s DoorDasher they recommend and they failed miserably…!!! First time around my friend got a text it was delivered and it was nowhere to be found..!!! Second time around I called back in they re-did the order and the “Manager” hand delivered it to the correct address but blatantly asks for a 5$ tip on Pizza Hut’s screw up….Yeah that doesn’t work for me..At All… I’ll never order at this location again..!!!!"

"I ordered at 7:15 then at 9 I started calling no answer, directed me to a useless help line. your app told me it was being cooked. I never received my order. I called and got a woman who barely spoke English she confirmed my order was being worked on. Every time she tries to connect me to local store they refused to answer phone. It was a rain storm I don't drive. I worked a long hard day at work then I literally had nothing to eat until the next day because all delivery was closed. It's extremely rude and inconsiderate to do that. At least cancel my order or email or text me. I have a receipt for proof that my order was taken processed and being worked on. I also had no way to cancel it because the website is terrible. So I'm going to be insanely mad if they send a driver to me tomorrow and expect me to pay them ."

"When you order from a Pizza Hut, you have a clear picture of the 'zza you expect. It is not [insert local town name] House of Pizza; this is The Hut. Your true risk is: is it a good Hut or a bad Hut, and boy howdy am I a lucky gal, because this Hut is awesome. My husband and I ventured to their new location after nostalgia hit my taste buds, causing a grand desire for an original pan pizza. We walked in and found only two employees running the show. Even still, the place was immaculate, all who walked in were greeted , and there was no evidence of the stresses put upon the understaffed crew of two lingering in the air. Often when anywhere is shorthanded, there is an animosity in the atmosphere, causing me to feel rude and imposing simply by being there. This was anything but the case at The Hut. The employee who took our order was patient, personable, and thorough, and even laughed several times as we both talked about our day. Later, the driver saw my eyeing the bathroom and came right over, offering to unlock it for me without me even having to ask. Even though he took our name to call when our food was ready and he was more than busy, one of the fine employees brought our grub over wen it was piping hot out of the oven. Neither employee had to attend to us as much as they did, and yet, they still went above and beyond. They made our little meal a true pizza party. Heck, Godzilla was even on the television! The original pan cheese pizza I ordered was amazing. The crust was doughy, chewy, and with the oily exterior crunch that makes a pizza a Hut Pizza. The cheese and sauce haven't changed a bit, and even three slices in, there was still the legendary cheese pull I only thought was possible in the 90's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cartoons. My husband got the Steak and Cheese Melt along with their cheesy bread. We had no problem being members of the Clean Plate Club today, and have no regrets either. TLDR: Is your mouth empty? What the heck is wrong with you? Pretend you like yourself and go get a 'zza from the Pizza Hut in Westbrook."

"Was actually sympathetic and patient with the two working. I overheard that a new girl had quit leaving them short handed. So, I was patient. However, when I got my pizza and sat down to eat I asked for parmesan cheese. To which the woman running the place said, very irritated and rudely, "just give home the shaker from the table... we usually sell this". I wasn't aware that I needed to pay to use parmesan whilst eating in the lobby in a Pizza Hut. That's new but companies have become over the top greedy anymore. Maybe she thought I was taking it to go and wanted me to pay for the take away packets? I don't know but if there are lobby shakers they should be in the lobby and I shouldn't get attitude when asking for it. I'm sorry your new employee quit and you're having a bad day. Until you gave me attitude I was sympathetic. But now I understand why the new girl quit. If she had to deal with that attitude I understand. Won't be returning here."
