"I am so disappointed with toms small engine. I called in asking for some help with an Ariens 520. It appeared to be leaking gas from the carberauter when I primed it. I talked to the short guy with glasses on the phone. I was met with a very condescending-know it all attitude while I was asking basic consumer questions about how to install a new one. WHAT HE FAILED TO TELL ME IS THAT ITS COMPLETELY NORMAL FOR GAS TO COME OUT THE CARB IF YOU OVER PRIME YOUR SNOWBLOWER AND I INFACT DO NOT NEED TO REPLACE ANYTHING. Instead he had me come from biddeford (30mins) to pick up a new expensive OEM carb and a few other small parts for $100. Like dude seriously! That's taking advantage of people if I ever saw it!?!!"
