"This review is specific to Paul. Paul helped my mom (who had a recent hand surgery) get the correct bulb for her headlight. Prior to Paul’s help, she was actually given the incorrect bulb from a different employee. After bringing the wrong one back, he was quick to help her and install it as well. From the story I was told, it took a third bulb to get it to finally work, but I’m very happy he was able to help her as we (I) could not understand why the first one would not work. And as I mentioned before, her recent hand surgery made it difficult for her to insert the bulb herself. So, thanks Paul!"
