"I will start out by saying the service department is great. They have always been very helpful, timely, and easy to work with. However, customer service is very unacceptable. My wife and I had a poor experience with buying out the lease of our vehicle. The communication was frustrating. Having a long term customer, such as us, does not hold value to them. We will not be returning customers. Would not recommend doing business here."
