"I’ve ordered from this place many times. Everything has always been right in the past, errors are rare. But this last time an error finally popped up. So I made ONE phone call and got a person on the phone right away and told her my order came incorrectly (5 exotic fruits instead of 5 honey dew rocks), and she told me to KEEP THE INCORRECT ORDER (so I didn’t have to pay for shipping) and that she would send out my new, correct order tomorrow. Here we are two days later and it’s here, correctly filled. Plus over 100 dollars worth in that other premium ejuice that I can just keep I guess. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that REALLY does right by their customers. I really appreciate it. GREAT customer service. I’ll always shop here from now on regardless."
