"Absolutely fantastic customer service and wonderful personalities combined with wonderful knowledge of the products. I had a situation where my electrical products were faulty and I had to return them twice. The staff was friendly upbeat and apologetic and told me they would continue to replace the items until we got it right and if I wanted to return everything they would give me full credit. I love this place and they have my business from now on :) Special shout Out to the muscular tattooed fellow behind the counter who went above and beyond the Call of Duty. He even went so far to get an electrical plug with pigtails on it and wire nut on to my devices to test them, taking valuable time out of his day and he was upbeat and conversational through the entire process."
