"3:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday, dining room closed, drive thru only. We ordered 14 beef only, soft tacos, which was repeated to her 3 times. Beef only! And one Mexican pizza, 4 burritos with 3 drinks. 20 minutes later it was our turn at the window. All 14 tacos had cheese and lettuce. 30 minutes after that, we were handed our bag which was missing 2 burritos and one of the drinks. Never mind straws or a few napkins. Come on guys!!!"

"Took a full hour to get through the drive through with less than ten people ahead of us. The staff was pleasant enough, but the view through the window clearly showed a crew moving at a leisurely pace, no sense of urgency and no apology or acknowledgement for the incredibly slow service. This was clearly their normal working pace. Food was okay, the portions seemed smaller than they used to be but everything was warm."

"How hard is it to make a taco according to the standard build? Really sad that you forgot to add tomatoes and maybe more cheese and definitely more beef cause the beef was mostly all on one side. My other taco was at the bottom of the bag falling out of the wrapper so that was ruined since the contents of the wrapper were spewed across the bottom. Now the service was also very poor. The lady in the drive thru never gave me a straw and she wouldn't open the window long enough for me to even say hello. When she handed me my order she aggressively said HERE and slammed the window shut. Worst experience I've never had at this establishment and the drive thru wait was 25 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. I'll never EVER go back!!!"
