"Their shelves are pretty bare of routine items like chicken w/o additives or hormones. On a up coming weekend, you would think they would be well stocked of everything. I found the isles very confusing in the way they were composed. Cold things like cheese, yogurt way away from ice cream, other cold/refrigerated products. Honestly, there is no rhyme or reason to the setup at this store. I had to really, really search for everything! Consider your layout to make finding products easier. I just don't buy them if I am searching and searching for them. Sorry, but on the positive , your baked goods are very good and easy to find."

"Terrible customer service. I went to the deli around 2:50pm on Jan 5th to get some sliced turkey and cheese. There were FOUR employees behind the counter and I was the only one in line. I waved to one of the employees and he put his his hand up gesturing I'll have to wait, he was having a personal conversation that was more important. The youngest employee behind the counter asked me what I wanted. I clearly explain my order, a grand total of two items, meat and cheese. I told him I'll back in a few minutes to shop some more while he cuts. I return several minutes later and he says, "I instantly forgot your order when you walked away." I told him to nevermind and I left the store. This location has the worst customer service. They can't even hire people capable of remembering a two item order. Absolutely horrendous."

"Store was clean and bright. Wide aisles and a good variety of products. Dropped to 4 stars based on very limited selection of ground coffee, like Starbucks coffee and the seafood was very limited and looked poor especially for this area of Maine."

"I scheduled a vaccination at this Hannaford. The pharmacy technician and pharmacist were very nice and kind. The pharmacist explained everything that I needed to know about the vaccine. She prepared me for the actual shot. I was grateful for that. Almost 24 hours later, I have a few side effects, which she also explained to me. I will be going back there to have the follow-up shot."
