"Ordered online at 6pm for pick up at 6:45pm. Got to Subway at 7:15 & subs were not ready. Person at the counter was a little rude & stated that they were too busy to make my subs. Asked me if I wanted him to cut in front of other customers to complete my order. Then this individual & co-worker started complaining about how busy they were. Also negative remarks about other co workers. Complained that day shift did a poor job prepping - ran out of lettuce at 4 & never bothered to prep additional lettuce. Needless to say no lettuce on the sub, but no apology either. Sandwiches hastily made & not very good"
