"Been waiting 4 weeks for this store to stock some cigars, every time I go in they have a new excuse as to why they can't get them. "Oh they weren't in the shipment" "the manufacturer is at a conference" but other locations have the products no problem? They couldn't try harder to throw away business."

"During the opening hours the shop was locked and young man which was sitting inside was not willing to get up from his chair even though he saw us. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"The old lady in there was very rude off-putting and unprofessional. I went in looking for the Grinds coffee pouches with my Service Dog. I asked her which she would recommend and she barely told me she didn’t use the product before she says verbatim “before you bring a dog into a business you should make sure that the business owner doesn’t have a dog in the store with them.....” I responded “Ma’am he’s a Service Dog. He’s medical equipment” She continued to be rude and unapologetic about it. I wound up leaving without anymore information or buying anything."

"So my girlfriend and I broke the slider on our bong so we googled a smoke shop and found this one which was great and I liked because it was near campus. We entered the store and I liked what I saw. It seemed like a cool smoke shop, with many products and I couldn’t wait to explore the store. I walked up to the counter and met the woman who worked there. As a new smoker I don’t know terms so I described what I needed as best I could and the woman made me feel extremely stupid for not knowing the terms. She then got the product I needed and gave it to me. She then went on a rant about why smoking is bad and how god didn’t intend for humans to smoke. Seemingly out of nowhere when I was trying to purchase a product. The god talk and anti smoke talk near a millennial university is a touché subject. The woman at the counter had extreme stances in not smoking. It’s weird that she even works at a smoke shop at all if she has these beliefs. I was extremely excited to do business at this place but the horrible customer service the anti smoke conversation and the talk about how god didn’t intend for us to smoke talk completely turned me off from ever coming here again. That woman is crazy."
