"The Manger is self absorbed and not a good fit for the store , is more lenient on some customers than others, saying I have to pay for 3 drinks when im only buying 2 and saying there boss is telling them to charge me for 4 there math isn’t adding up and is ripping there customers off. The company should be charging 1.50 or 1$ too make the difference but charging me for three drinks when I’m purchasing 2 , it’s sad there so uneducated of costing stuff out , thankyou agian for trying to rip your customers off!!!! There something definitely off about this location every other location doesn’t overcharge but yet they do , their excuse is there inventories, not adding up the end of each week and don’t put into consideration their employees drink it. But refusing to serve me is childish and pathetic. Sorry I’m educated and you guys have already overcharge me and there boss said she called me but haven’t even had a single call from them."

"Don't waste your time with mobile orders, they are really nice here but I've tried changing my daily order at least 5 times and every single day whatever I've ordered is sold out. I've never seen a dunkin so under stocked before, this is a problem every day that defeats the purpose of using the convenience of mobile ordering. The will offer substitutions but who has time to list out several items just to hear "we're out of that too.""
