"The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Questions are quickly answered. Customer service is exceptionally hard with a holiday rush - yet the staff here was upbeat, made eye contact and thanked every customer! The store was clean, organized, and stocked .. management clearly cares about their staff here as it almost appeared these workers enjoyed their jobs!!"

"Waiting on hold for 35 min. I was told by the automated system I was the next one in line then it rang 60 times and hung up on me. I call back because I really need information on my prescriptions but no one will help me or answer my calls. Last time I went to pick up my prescriptions there was one person working with 12 people in line to close to 40 minutes. If Walgreens can’t do a good job especially dealing with prescriptions and sick people they really need to close the doors."
