"This place is a joke; not worth a penny. I bought another pen after my last one failed that I purchased there as well 4 weeks prior and was blatantly lied to about the return policy (I was well within a month and the woman refused exchange or return; telling me that their "policy" was one week). The replacement pen didn't work, right out of the box; I returned the next day and they put A HAND-WRITTEN "NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN" piece of paper on the display glass after I had left the day before. They will go bankrupt eventually with their lack of business acumen. The man in particular is foul and lazy; always on the phone. Don't waste your time. Go to Smokers Choice on 356 S Broadway, Salem, NH 03079 instead; they are notably kind people who are actually knowledgeable."

"There are many vape shops in Salem, I suggest people take their business elsewhere. Exit 1 vapes are more often than not defective. They do not charge, the battery sounds like it will explode, they get extremely hot, and leak. They do not care that they are selling these, nor acknowledge the problem. Other stores have better prices and friendlier staff."
