"Very uneducated about their products and very rude lady at the customer service counter Walked in and she was just watching Netflix or something. When I asked about products I was given very abrupt and short answers. Imagine my surprise when I pull my mod out of the box and I was right about everything I was asking. It requires a battery AND she sold me the wrong kind of juice. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible place then. EDIT I then come back up to get said items and this lady's attitude is UNREAL yelling Oh my God cause im asking her if she has the battery. Just says they don't have it with an attitude. She DID say she could ask another store but by this point I'd had enough and just said nevermind and walked out Do Not go here Worst customer experience I've EVER had"

"Been multiple timew and have dealt with different cashier's. Both were very helpful and we're ready to answer any questions, even if they didn't have the answer. It is a nice store and was definitely needed. Good selection and it has only gotten better since they opened."
