"After receiving a positive reference for Brad from an Aspen Environmental Manager (Methuen) & a glowing phone call (from the same manager) regarding Brad, we hired him for an emergency project at our home (it was today: July 14, 2023). We also booked Brad for another project next week. He is : Responsive, timely, demonstrates an excellent work ethic, goal-orientated, has a strong knowledge base for construction & repairs, professional, VERY hard working, & gives fair prices. I regret sharing him, but that would be unfair to him. He is now our 'first call' for all our house repairs & upgrades. Addendum: The emergency project today was changing out a rear entry door that started leaking rain from ? beneath the door into the garage. This has been happening for a few weeks due to trying to find someone to fix this. The end result is some visible & potentially hidden mold thus, Aspen mold remediation is coming next week. {All the repair people I found BEFORE Brad were one of the following: Unresponsive, late, no call-no show, "scary", or did not know how to use email}. The project next week: Brad will install whatever is removed by Aspen Environmental in the garage (drywall & 'that pink fluffy material'). In summary...Call Brad first versus waste time, be stressed & make lots of phone calls to people who do not respond. Simple decision for us."

"I've used Brad's service multiple times, he does great work especially with masonry repairs and water penetration issues. General handyman type work as well and reasonable with pricing. Will continue to use as long as he can fit me in!"
