"Overly crowded. Rude people. Horrible parking lot. You spend $1000 on groceries and they slam them in the bag. Go to Shaw's they are nicer. The customers are rude no common courtesy."

"This is the place to go when looking for unique ingredients or fresh cuts of meat not found at ordinary grocery stores. As usual, the place is well and neatly stocked, no shopping cart problems like other stores, competent and helpful workers, all in all a pleasant experience. Sure the prices can be a bit much but that doesn't change anything."

"The ladies over in the seafood/deli department area that helped me last night were extremely friendly and had on point customer service. They spent their time with helping me and were informative on some of the other cool seafood finds they’ve seen offered. I will be back to shop here on my experience with them alone. The only thing I wish I had found more of on the shelves would be more vegan options in the frozen dinner area. I did see cauliflower and chickpea crust frozen pizzas which was exciting but I did not see any vegan cheese option ones."

"Loved the store… but most NOT all employees were kinda rude and not very personable! one who made it a positive experience was the worker in the yogurt section was very polite and personable (didn’t catch his name but he had been in a bad motorcycle accident now has issues with short term memory) A++ for him! Would love to see one of these come up to Augusta area!"

"At the last minute my son wanted to celebrate his birthday so I ran to Market Basket Westbrook on a Friday and asked if I could have a cupcake made of a champagne bottle by Sunday. The Bakery associate, Brooke was so polite and said, "no problem, I'll have it done for you by Sunday 3:30pm". Brooke proceeded to take the picture with her camera phone of what I wanted. I was a little skeptical but when I went to go pick it up, I was amazed at the detailed work Brooke did with the 'cake'!! The cost was very reasonable and the staff is always accommodating. I chose Market Basket Westbrook with the cleanliness to handle this order. I highly recommend this Bakery and grocery location."
